About Anu

Ten years, one thesis: energy work has to be teachable.

I didn't come to this work looking for something mystical — I came to it after my own burnout, wanting to know exactly what was happening in my body and what, specifically, would fix it. A decade later, that's still the standard every client gets held to.

The story

A decade, staged like a practice — not a highlight reel.

2016

Burnout, then a question

Left a high-pressure operations career after a health scare. Started training in Reiki and meditation to understand what had actually happened to her body — not to escape it.

2018

Certified, and in practice

Completed meditation-teacher certification and opened a private practice. Noticed quickly that clients wanted a why, not just a technique.

2020

Energy work meets nervous-system science

Began integrating somatic, nervous-system-based methods after seeing that breathwork alone didn’t hold under chronic, ongoing stress.

2022

The Guided Circle format

Launched the 12-Week Guided Circle after realizing single sessions weren’t enough — lasting change needed structure and a cohort, not willpower.

2024

1,000th session

Crossed 1,000 client sessions. Used the data — what actually stuck, what didn’t — to formalize the current three-stage pathway.

2026

Building toward in-person

Designing small-group, in-room intensives for Circle graduates ready to go further than a screen allows.

Mission

A few principles that guide everything here

Clarity over mysticism

Every technique gets explained in plain terms — what it does, and how you’d know it worked.

Client over content

Real change for one real nervous system matters more than a polished feed.

Built to last

Practices designed to hold up in an ordinary Tuesday, not just in a session.

Training

What she’s actually certified in.

Reiki Master, Level III

Traditional Usui lineage training, completed 2017.

Certified Meditation Teacher

500-hour program, focused on trauma-aware facilitation.

Somatic Experiencing — Level 2

Nervous-system regulation training, in progress.

Trauma-Informed Facilitation

Certificate in group-setting safety and scope of practice.

In her words

“I’m not going to ask you to believe anything. I’m going to ask you to notice something, try a specific thing, and check if it changed. That’s the whole method. If a client can’t tell me what shifted after a session, I haven’t done my job.”
